  • Require guidance due to chronic and/ or acute injury. 
  • Specific goals of building mass, increased flexibility or mechanics and coordination.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the principles

All classes are offered live and online through zoom. The link to the streaming version is provided in the description when you sign up. If you choose to join us in-house, sign up for the "in-studio class pass" that is right before the class you would like to join. The class size is capped at 8 people-
