Each class begins with a progressive foundation of kicks and strikes through partner drills and exercises that provide an awesome cardio workout, and gets your brain humming

This is an exciting bridge from the RetroFit class and could be your most fun workout of the week.

We finish every class with an optional opportunity for self-defense work or free-sparring.
