This 12 week winter strength training series for cyclists, triathletes, and adventure athletes is designed to get you in optimal shape for spring recreation and competition.

Classes are challenging, non-competitive, and non-intimidating. All movements are adaptable to people of every level and skill set. You'll also have the option to get additional, detailed workouts to do on your own, and the ability to track your workouts and progress in an online training calendar.

This class will help you increase your power on hills, develop crucial core strength for speed and comfort, work your stabilizers for injury prevention and control, and burn off those excess holiday calories. If you intend to do multiple events this spring and summer, this class is for you.
